Ingredients:
3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup margarine
1 cup pecans

2. In a mixing bowl,
combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, and 1/2 cup
margarine. Beat until smooth.
3. Coat a casserole dish
with non-stick cooking spray. Turn the potato mixture into the
prepared dish.
4. In a bowl, combine the
brown sugar, flour, and 1/3 cup margarine. Crumble the mixture over
the potato mixture. Sprinkle with pecans.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
